I had a wonderful experience overall at the hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond during our stay. The room was nice and had great views of the city, and the area was vibrant and close to popular attractions. However, I encountered a significant issue with my initial room, which wasn't clean upon arrival. Thankfully, they accommodated us with another room, but it was a bit frustrating at first. The dining options were quite good, and I enjoyed both the cocktails and desserts during my stay.
